Parents' hope and children's hope

这个单元我们主要在探讨父母和亲子之间的关系.

我们先读了两篇从不同观点出发的文章,一篇是从母亲的观点说起,一篇是从女儿的观点出发.然后我们读了" 望子成龙", 文中提到不同的父母对孩子会有不同的期望, 但是子女不一定认同父母的期望, 所以亲子之间才会发生冲突.最后,我们又读了一篇描写家庭关系的小短文.

今天的功课是让你談談你读完这个单元的感想，还有你自己和父母亲的关系- 你们会吵架吗? 为了什么原因吵架呢?吵架以后又如何解决? 你会对父母亲发脾气,顶嘴吗? 最重要的是你希望你的父母亲怎样对待你?

唐詩欣賞 --李白 靜夜思

We have studied t the most popular Chinese quatrain. It is by Li Bai of the Tang dynasty. The title is "Thoughts in the Still of the Night" . In English, It means:

In one month your summer vacation will begin.You and your classmates are discussing a possible trip to China.Your discussion should include(but is not limited to ) the following:

In this travel unit, we will discuss all that you would require for the journey to China (such as a passport, visa,money, timetables etc). You will be given instructions via a "Web Quest" after we have studied the characters and grammar points that you'll need for the unit.
